Example industrial park / estate EIA path (anonymized)
This narrative is not a named project, outcome, or clearance guarantee. It shows how a typical private industrial area development can align with NABET-listed sector scope and a structured EIA cycle.
A multi-tenant park developer may need an EIA for land development, common infrastructure, and allocatable plot norms. Categorisation depends on the MoEF&CC schedule entry and state rules; for industrial estates, our industrial parks & SEZs hub summarises what we document first: boundaries, phasing, utilities, and the environmental management plan for the estate.
The path follows screening → TOR → baseline → EIA report and, where required, public consultation before EC application. Checklist inputs (layouts, services plan, and land records) are agreed up front to avoid rework.
